The Thought SS21 campaign was the first time the brand would be working with and stocked in John Lewis. Because of this, not only did the work have to adhere to brand guidelines internally, it needed to adhere to John Lewis’ guidelines as well.

A big focus on this season was to improve our email templates and make our products look more aspirational. I worked on numerous templates, ensuring there was a balance of lifestyle photography, still life and cutouts. Clickthrough rate improved tremendously once the email designs improved.
